I see this every week in my work. Capable, caring, switched-on people who are doing all the right things… but their nervous system is overloaded. And no amount of motivation fixes a body that doesn’t feel safe enough to soften.
That’s exactly why I created the Reset Circle.
The Signs Your System Is Overloaded
A dysregulated nervous system doesn’t always look dramatic. Often it looks like everyday life:
- You feel tired but can’t switch off
- Your mind keeps running even when you sit down
- Small things feel bigger than they should
- You’re holding tension in your shoulders, jaw, or chest
- You’re emotionally flat or emotionally reactive
- You feel like you’re “on” all the time
Most people assume this means they need to try harder or get more organised.
Usually, it means your system needs a reset not more pressure.
Why “Just Rest” Doesn’t Always Work
People say “you should rest” like it’s simple. “Thanks Fred, I’ll get right on that!”
But if your nervous system is wound tight, rest can actually feel uncomfortable. You sit down and your brain gets louder. Your body feels fidgety. Your thoughts speed up.
That’s because true rest isn’t just physical. It’s neurological.
Your system needs help shifting from alert mode into safe mode.
That’s what guided hypnosis, sound, and intentional stillness are designed to support.
Not forcing calm but allowing it.
What Happens in a Reset Circle
Reset Circle is not a workshop.
It’s not group therapy.
No one is put on the spot.
No experience is required.
You come in, lie down, get comfortable, and be guided.
Each circle includes gentle nervous system support through:
- guided hypnosis / meditation
- sound healing instruments
- breath and body awareness
- structured stillness
- a safe, held environment
There’s no pressure to share. No performing. No fixing yourself.
Just space to BE.
Each month has a theme such as Rest or Release. This way the session has a focused intention while still meeting you exactly where you are.
Who Reset Circle Is For
This space tends to attract people who are:
- holding a lot emotionally
- running businesses or caring for others
- navigating change or growth
- doing deep inner work
- sensitive, intuitive, or highly aware
- tired of pushing through
You don’t have to be “spiritual.”
You don’t have to be experienced with meditation.
You don’t have to be good at relaxing.
You just have to show up!

One of the biggest things I remind people of is this:
You’re not failing at coping.
Your system is asking for support.
There is nothing wrong with needing structured rest. There is nothing weak about wanting your body to feel safe again.
Sometimes the most powerful work we can do is stop! …and allow the reset.
